Submit Your Menu Information
Your Menu Information and other Service Selections are due to Scaffidi's Catering no later than 14 days prior to your event. Ready to submit this information? Click the link below to be directed to the form to collect all of the information that we need to facilitate your event. Not 100% sure about something or not sure how to be clear about something in the form? No worries - your form is reviewed by your Event Representative and follow-up questions are asked, if needed, prior to your information being submitted into our system for preparation!
Submit Your Final Count
Your Final Count is due to us in between 2 to 5 days prior to your event. For those events that are utilizing our Standard Lunch or Dinner Foodservice Plans, your Final Count is due no later than 48 hours before the time of your event. For those events that are utilizing any other of our Food Services, your final count is due no later than 5 days prior to your event. Please use the form below to submit your Final Count to your Event Representative.
