On-Site Catering Services

Events facilitated at our On-Site Event Facility are considered full-service. Starting from the planning process to the facilitation to the tear-down, our dedicated Event Staff will work to facilitate your event from start to finish.

All prices listed on our website do not include a 20% Service Charge (gratuity) and 7.25% Ohio Sales Tax that will be added to the subtotal of all services provided at your event.

  • The Venetian: Homemade Spaghetti, Homemade Fettuccini, or Penne sauteed in an Oil & Garlic Sauce with Fresh Tomatoes and topped with Feta Cheese. 

Regardless of how many pasta selections are made, only a maximum of two different sauces may be added onto a buffet.

  • Chicken Parmesan: Breaded, All-White-Meat Chicken Breast Filets topped with Marinara Sauce and Melted Mozzarella Cheese. 

Want to offer some options to your guests? Ask to put the Marsala and Limone Sauces on the side!

Vegetable Selections

  • Green Beans: Fresh Green Beans seasoned and baked with optional Almond or Sauteed Tomato topping.

Plated Meals

Using the same plan and customizations as our buffet plans (above), you can create a two-course plated meal for your guests for $1.50 more per person.

Our Plated Meal Service may not be available for every event, depending on a variety of factors. Options, such as offering two different sauces for a pasta are not available for plated meals.

Appetizer Food Services

Hosting a Business or Networking Event? Our Appetizer Buffets are the perfect plans to create an event conducive for Happy Hours, Networking, and so much more!

Appetizer Food Services require a minimum of a seven day notice, a minimum of twenty guests, and a final count must be submitted no later than five days prior to the date of the event in order for us to adequately source products for the facilitation of your event. 

The Buffet Plan Includes:

  • All-Non Alcoholic Beverages including Pop, Coffee, Lemonade, Iced Tea with unlimited refills.

Open/ Cash Bar Services

Scaffidi's Catering, in conjunction with Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern located in the same building, operates a full bar with a vast variety of Beers, Wine, and Liquors. Events facilitated at Scaffidi's Catering has access to utilize this fully-functional bar at any level and payment situation that it desires. 

GENERAL INFORMATION

  • During the normal business hours of Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern (more information on this can be found on their website at www.scaffidirestaurant.com), there is no fee to allow your guests to utilize the bar services, regardless of the payment situation that you agree to. 

  • If your event is outside of the standard hours of the bar at Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern, a bartender may be staffed to serve your event, regardless of the payment option, for a cost of $15.00 per hour that the event is being hosted and the bar is not standardly open. 

  • No outside Alcoholic Beverages may be brought into the establishment to comply with the Liquor Laws of the State of Ohio. The ability to order items for your event that may not be on our standard menu is available by the case in most cases and sometimes by the bottle. Inquire with your Event Representative about this service that we offer. 

  • The Client (the individual that has signed the contract for the facilitation of our services and is providing payment for the event) must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or pay for any Bar Services offered by Scaffidi's Catering. 

OPEN BAR SERVICES

  • If you are hosting an Open Bar, you are paying for any and all Alcoholic Beverages that your guests consume. Standardly, there is no drink limit per person, no limit on what they may order, and no restrictions on items ordered. 

  • You may have an open bar and place a restriction on a number of drinks that a guest can consume (via a ticket system) or set a budget that once reached, the bar services will cease. 

  • The cost of this service is determined by the items consumed. Retail pricing for items are charged as they are consumed. For more information about this, please visit the bar menu for Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern at www.scaffidirestaurant.com/menu. 

  • Happy Hour or other Alcohol Discounts that may be sponsored by Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern does not apply for Open Bar tabs. 

SEMI-OPEN BAR SERVICES

  • A Semi-Open Bar is considered a situation where you limit the items that a guest can order from the bar, for instance, they may only be able to get beer and wine, but if they want liquor, they would pay for this item on their own. Standardly, there is no drink limit per person. 

  • You may have a Semi-Open Bar and place a restriction on a number of drinks that a guest can consume (via a ticket system) or set a budget that once reached, the bar services will cease. 

  • The cost of this service is determined by the items consumed. Retail pricing for items are charged as they are consumed. For more information about this, please visit the bar menu for Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern at www.scaffidirestaurant.com/menu. 

  • Happy Hour or other Alcohol Discounts that may be sponsored by Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern does not apply for Semi-Open Bar tabs. 

CASH BAR SERVICES

  • A Cash Bar is considered a situation where your guest will be responsible to pay for any and all Alcoholic Beverages that they order while at your event. 

  • With this, no limit may be placed on any of their transactions due to the fact that they are considered a normal, paying customer at the bar unless the guest poses a safety concern. 

  • Happy Hour or other Alcohol Discounts that may be sponsored by Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern will apply to the individual guest's bill if they meet the criteria for the discount.

In-Room Selections

Want to limit the selections to your guest or want it available within your private event space? Scaffidi's Catering can provide a variety of beer and wine selections for your event!

  • No outside Alcoholic Beverages may be brought into the establishment to comply with the Liquor Laws of the State of Ohio. The ability to order items for your event that may not be on our standard menu is available by the case in most cases and sometimes by the bottle. Inquire with your Event Representative about this service that we offer. 

  • The Client (the individual that has signed the contract for the facilitation of our services and is providing payment for the event) must be 21 years of age or older to purchase or pay for any Bar Services offered by Scaffidi's Catering. 

  • When placing Alcoholic Beverages in the space with your guests, the Client (the individual that has signed the contract for the facilitation of our services and is providing payment for the event) is accepting liability for the potential of underage Alcohol Consumption within their event and/or the over-consumption by guests in the space. While our staff is attentive for these issues, the ultimate liability is on the Client. 

SERVICE INFORMATION​​

  • This service is limited to placing a limited selection (up to three different types of Beer and up to three different types of Wine) in the room in which the event is taking place. Liquor or Mixed Drinks is not included within this offerings of this service. 

  • You are only charged for the wine bottles that are opened and for the beers that are consumed. Unless a special order has taken place for your event, any unused stock is returned to our Bar for use. 

  • In this service, there is no way to limit the amount that is consumed per individual. You may, however, place a budget on the alcohol services for your event, to which they will cease once the budget is reached during the time of your event. 

  • Pricing for these items are based upon regular retail pricing offered by the bar at Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern. Information on this can be found on their website at www.scaffidirestaurant.com/menu. 

  • Happy Hour or other discounts on Alcohol offered by Scaffidi's Restaurant and Tavern is not applicable to these services, even if the item may qualify.

Mimosa Station

  • Our Mimosa Station includes Andre Champagne, Orange Juice, Pineapple Juice, and Cranberry Juice. 

  • This service is priced per bottle and includes all of the above items. The current pricing is $22.00 per bottle. 

  • You may request a specific type of Champagne or Prosecco to be used for this service and your Event Representative will quote you with a price for the substitution of that item. A minimum quantity may apply (typically in quantities of 12) for special orders of a particular type of Champagne or Prosecco. Bottles that are not used as a part of your Mimosa Station can be charged at State Minimum pricing. 

  • Fresh Fruit may be added onto your Mimosa Station including Fresh Strawberries or Pineapple. Market Pricing will apply for these items.

Scaffidi's Dessert Trays

Scaffidi's Catering offers Dessert Trays with homemade Chocolate Raviolis and Mini Cannolis on it for your event!

SERVICE INFORMATION​​

  • Dessert Trays may be ordered per person and made custom for your specific amount of guests. The cost per person for a Scaffidi's Dessert Tray is $3.00 per person. 

  • Dessert Trays may also be added to accompany your desserts for $40.00 for a Half Tray (serves 10 to 12 people) or $80.00 for a Full Tray (serves 20 to 25 people).

Outside Desserts

Scaffidi's Catering allows outside desserts to be used for your event to commemorate your specific occasion. 

GENERAL INFORMATION​​

  • All Desserts that are brought into our establishment must be baked. Unbaked, dairy-based, or other desserts are not permitted. 

  • If your Party Manager, for whatever reason, believes that your cake is unsafe to serve for whatever reason, you will not be permitted to serve it within our establishment. 

  • You may order and bring your baked dessert in from whatever bakery. Scaffidi's Catering does not order for you or require you to order from a particular bakery, although you may find some recommendations from in our Outside Vendor Section. 

SERVICE INFORMATION​​

  • Scaffidi's Catering Staff will cut and serve your cake, using disposable plates and cutlery for a total of $0.40 per person or $10.00, whichever is greater. This fee is required. Cakes, other than a first slice for a Wedding or Anniversary Celebration, may not be cut and served within the room to ensure the highest level of food safety. 

  • You may store your cake in our refrigerators after picking it up from your bakery for no more than 24 hours before your event. Scaffidi's Catering shall not be held liable for any damage to desserts left in our possession due to the general nature of our operation.

Scaffidi's Catering is providing the following listing of Outside Vendors that has serviced events for our clients that either we have requested of them or the client has hired them. We provide this listing with absolutely no guarantee of the satisfaction of their services.

How did someone get on this List?: They have already provided services to at least one client at our location or off-site at an event that we facilitated and, based on that one or more interaction(s), the client that they serviced provided at least a satisfactory review of their services to Scaffidi's Catering. 

I provide services, how do I get on this list?: You must service at least one event for a client within our operations after being hired by the client without your listing being provided here. If the client provides at satisfactory or above review of your business to Scaffidi's Catering, we will be in touch!

Do I have to use the vendors on this list?: If you are looking for a vendor to provide decorating services, balloon art services, or dessert services, you do not have to use a vendor on this list. If you are hosting a large event with Scaffidi's Catering either on-site or off-site, there are particular categories of items, such as equipment or tent rental, that we will only work with particular vendors with. Speak to your Event Representative for details on this.
